This Lake Simcoe project involved a three-car garage addition built on an ICF foundation, paired with extensive structural and aesthetic upgrades to the main home. Engineered tall walls were introduced to open up the living room, creating a grand and light-filled interior space. New windows throughout enhance natural light and energy efficiency, while clear cedar accents add warmth and contrast.

The exterior was completed with a standing seam metal roof, stucco finishes, and a hidden vent soffit system for a clean, modern appearance. Inside, the garage features in-floor heating and spray foam insulation for year-round comfort. A spa-inspired ensuite bathroom with sauna adds a luxurious touch, while the new front entrance showcases Douglas fir posts and cedar-toned soffits. This project balances modern performance with refined lakeside design.
